During these workshops we’ll play and discuss tunes written before 1868 from the “Harmonica Christmas Tunes” collection.
Featured songs will introduce four "playing position" possibilities on a C major 10 hole diatonic harmonica that allow you to play in different keys... C major (1st position - straight harp), G major (2nd position - cross harp), A minor (4th position - relative minor), and F major (12th position).
The music for the tunes being played will be displayed on Zoom's screen during the workshop if requested.
The cost for each workshop is $15.00 which includes a PDf file of the book emailed to participants before the workshops. The tunes in the book provide chord symbols above the music so guitarists, ukuleleists, or whoever, are welcome to mute yourself and play along from the comfort of home.
